RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns:

  1. – We offer the right of withdrawal within 15 days from the date of purchase. Within this period, you can request a full return/refund of the purchase. Make the request in writing to the email info@parapentepirineos.com, sending a copy of the proof of payment and the validation code of the purchased voucher.
  2. – After the withdrawal period, we offer the possibility of returning/refunding the purchase of any of our services offered, during the first two months from the date of purchase, discounting 25% of its value for administrative expenses.
  3. – We do not accept returns once the reservation for an activity has been confirmed, or on the day of the activity, or once the activity has started.
  4. – If the activity is not possible to carry out on the day agreed in the reservation due to meteorological causes, it may be possible to agree to postpone the activity to another date, and if another date is not possible, you can request a full return/refund of the contracted activity.

Cancellations of reservations:

Vouchers for tandem paragliding flights or guided flights

  1. – It is possible to cancel a reservation up to 48 hours before the activity without penalty, being possible to agree to postpone the activity to another date.
  2. – Cancellation between 48 and 24 hours in advance will have a penalty of 25% of its value for administrative costs.
  3. – Cancellation with less than 24 hours in advance will be considered a «No-Show» (not showing up) and there will be no possibility of re-funding or arranging another date, the activity will be considered as carried out.

Paragliding courses

  1. – It is possible to cancel a reservation up to 120 hours before (5 days) of the activity without any penalty and it is possible to agree to postpone the activity to another date.
  2. – Cancellation with less than 120 hours before (5 days) in advance will not have the possibility of a refund. There will only be the possibility of arranging another date paying a surcharge of €35.
  3. – Cancellation with less than 48 hours in advance will be considered a «No-Show» (not showing up) and there will be no possibility of re-funding or arranging another date, the activity will be considered as carried out.

Duration and expiration of services sold by Parapente Pirineos

Vouchers:

  1. – All vouchers for our activities have an expiration date, which may be, depending on the contracted activity and offers, for a few days or up to 2 years from the date of purchase. Check the expiration date that is printed on the voucher details.
  2. – If a voucher expires, an extension can be requested, as long as it is requested within the month following the expiration, with a surcharge of €25 for an extension of 1 more year, counting from the date of renewal.

Courses:

  1. – Courses and guided flights purchased, whether the payment is for the reservation or the full service, and which do not have an execution date, will be valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
  2. – If the purchase of the service expires, whether it is the reservation or the full payment, an extension can be requested. As long as it is requested within one month of the expiration date, with a surcharge of €45 for an extension of 1 more year, counting from the date of renewal.

Guided flights:

  1. – Guided flights purchased, whether the payment is for the reservation or the full service, and which do not have an execution date, will be valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
  2. – If the purchase of the service expires, whether it is the reservation or the full payment, an extension can be requested.
