These general conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with current Spanish legislation on the matter, which shall apply subsidiarily in all matters not provided for herein. (Law 34/2002 of July 11 on information society services and electronic commerce).

The clauses listed below constitute the framework agreement that all users who access the page http://www.parapentepirineos.com/ are obliged to know and accept, all this without prejudice to the other general contracting conditions that will form an integral part of the contracts of sale of the products and / or services offered by the company.
For the purposes solely of these general conditions, the term "user" includes any Internet user who accesses the website "parapentepirineos.com", either directly or from any other Internet site.
The general conditions of use of the Portal are as follows:
I.- GENERAL.
The services offered by Parapente Pirineos on this website will be governed by the conditions contained in this contract, without prejudice to the acquisition of the products offered on the page being governed, in addition, by the General Conditions of Contract. Parapente Pirineos reserves the right to modify, totally or partially, these general conditions, with the new conditions agreed upon being applicable from the moment they are inserted on the page. In any case, these modifications will not have retroactive effects on the services already previously contracted by users.

VI.- EXEMPTION FROM LIABILITY AND LIMITATIONS OF THE ACTIVITY.
Parapente Pirineos will not be liable for interruptions that occur in electrical or telecommunications services that prevent users from using the services offered.

VIII.- PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA.
INFORMATION
The information received by Parapente Pirineos through its website will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. Parapente Pirineos undertakes not to use the personal data of users of the page for purposes other than the purpose of contracting the services it provides.
For the purposes of the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, we inform the user of the existence of personal data files that respond to the purpose of managing orders placed with the Company and responding to queries that users may make.
