The reserve parachute is essential in any paragliding equipment. It is not unusual to find poorly installed parachutes that could cause a malfunction if deployed. At our school you can leave us your parachute for us to ventilate, repack and reinstall in your harness, and you can even simulate a deployment. Regular checks of your reserve are essential and it should be ventilated and repacked at least once a year.
Advice and transport
At Parapente Pirineos we are here to help you, whether you are fledging or experienced pilot. We live in the area all year round and know it well. We have several all-terrain vehicles to go up to the different take-off points. Normally, from April to November we provide a lift service to the Gallinero peak, with a drop of up to 1400m. You can check availability and reserve a spot by calling us or in person at our office in Castejón de Sos.
Adjust your harness easily
Comfort in flight is essential for efficient and safe flying. We have two hangers so you can get the perfect fit in your harness or try out new equipment from top brands.
